The results have brought a perfect end to 2022.
Looking forward to 2023, the association will closely integrate with the actual situation of the industry, follow the new development concept, build a “dual cycle” pattern, promote high-quality development, and further lay a solid foundation for building a hardware power.

Withstand multiple pressures and look for opportunities to break out. In 2022, due to the complex and volatile international situation and the repeated impact of the domestic new crown epidemic, the development of the hardware products industry will be difficult. However, the industry has not experienced large-scale closures and reorganizations, and has always been looking for breakthrough opportunities in both domestic and international markets.
Recommend the best and the strongest, and strive to promote industrial upgrading. In 2022, the association will participate in a number of industry research projects led by the government to provide a basis for decision-making by superior departments. Actively recommend outstanding enterprises to participate in various government-led evaluation projects, and promote the in-depth implementation of the “three-product strategy” of increasing varieties, improving quality, and creating brands.

Vigorously promote technological innovation in the industry and promote high-quality development. Promote the industry to adhere to the concepts of innovation and high-quality development under the guidance of macroeconomic policies, vigorously implement foundation-strengthening projects and strengthen weak areas, further strengthen R&D and design, strengthen the construction of laboratories and testing centers, improve the quality control system, and continue to improve the enterprise-oriented As the main body, it is a scientific and technological innovation system that combines industry, academia, and research.
At present, the industry has formed a number of digital transformation benchmark enterprises such as Fotile, Boss, Vanhe, Meide, Sanhuan, Wendengweili, Weixing, and Jiumu. On the one hand, these enterprises have introduced internationally advanced digital systems, and at the same time, they have also developed and used advanced digital systems. Professional digital industrial software and systems with independent intellectual property rights have achieved remarkable results.
Increase the effective supply of mid- to high-end products and service standards. Under the guidance of the “Opinions on Promoting the High-quality Development of Group Standards and Norms” and the “Notice on Issuing and Implementing the Action Plan for the Implementation of the National Standardization Development Outline” jointly issued by the National Standards Committee and other departments, the association carries out standardization work pragmatically and innovatively, and continues to Improve the hardware standard structure, increase the effective supply of mid-to-high-end products and service standards, and achieve good results.
The association cooperates with Beijing Zhongqinglian Certification Center Co., Ltd. and Zhongjiayuan (Beijing) Testing and Certification Co., Ltd. to carry out hardware “special product certification” work. The “Silent Grading Evaluation Standard for Range Hoods” is used as the standard basis for certification and testing. Through professional The test confirmed the product quality level, and the “silent range hood” specialty product certification was launched and introduced to the market, which was well received by the industry and consumers.
The association and the Standardization Committee continue to deepen international cooperation and exchanges. The association arranged for representatives to participate in the International Hardware and Household Products Association (IHA) online meeting; organized industry experts to form a Chinese delegation to participate in the ISO/TC 291/WG01 working meeting via video, and held meetings with the United States, Japan, Canada, the United Kingdom, Germany, More than 30 participating representatives from Italy, South Korea, Mexico, Turkey and other countries studied the formulation and revision of relevant international standards, which enhanced the voice of my country’s hardware products industry in international standards.
Carry out and innovate the joint construction of industrial clusters in an orderly manner and provide high-level services. The association is based on the “Management Measures for the Co-construction of China’s Light Industry Characteristic Regions and Industrial Clusters (Revised Edition)” issued by the China Light Industry Federation (hereinafter referred to as the “China Light Industry Federation”) and the “About Further Standardizing the Naming and Placing Work and Submission of Light Industry Industrial Clusters” According to the relevant requirements of the “Notice on the Industrial Cluster Co-construction Plan”, the on-site evaluation of the China Tools and Hardware Industry Base (Lin’an) was completed.
Based on the development needs of industrial clusters, the association also co-organized the “Integrated Kitchen Smart Future” with the Shengzhou Municipal People’s Government – a co-construction activity for the transformation and upgrading of China’s integrated smart kitchen industry to promote the further improvement of the integrated kitchen industry in Shengzhou; and the people of Xiaolan Town The government and other units jointly established the “China Smart Lock Industry-Education Integrated Talent Training Center” to create a platform to improve the quality and technical level of industry talents and promote the transformation of the smart lock industry towards high-quality and high-tech development; signed a strategic cooperation with the Anping County People’s Government Agreement to continue to promote the development and influence of Anping wire mesh industry.
Accumulating energy for exhibition work. The 2022 China International Hardware Show (CIHS), co-sponsored by the association and Koelnmesse, and the 2022 China Kitchen and Bathroom Home Expo (KIB) hosted by the association, have done a lot of preparations for exhibitions and investment and colorful activities. I believe that as the epidemic prevention and control enters a new stage, the 2023 exhibition will be held as scheduled, and will use the high-quality industry resources accumulated by the association over the years to adopt a series of measures with a more positive attitude, more professional execution, and more rigorous coordination. Measures will be taken to improve the utilization rate of the exhibition hall, enrich the content and connotation, and improve the efficiency and effect of exhibition participation.
Build a digital work platform to promote the digital transformation and upgrading of the industry. In January 2022, the Digital Promotion Working Committee of the China Hardware Products Association (hereinafter referred to as the Digital Committee) was officially established. After the establishment of the Digital Committee, it actively carried out its work, released the “Prosperity Index of China’s Hardware Products Industry”, launched the “Steady Advancement of Digital Series Online Activities”, carried out the evaluation of “Symbiotic Excellent Products”, established an expert think tank, and provided services to many companies through the Cloud Symbiosis Platform. Backbone members of the industry provide in-depth, comprehensive and accurate services.
Strengthen party building work and carry out industry activities in accordance with laws and regulations.
