Raw materials for making locks
Carbon steel: It contains about 0.05% to 2.0% carbon, along with other elements like manganese, silicon, and sulfur.
Stainless steel: This alloy contains iron, chromium (at least 10.5%), and sometimes additional elements such as nickel or molybdenum.
Composed primarily of copper (60% to 90%) and zinc (10% to 40%).
It may also contain small amounts of lead or other elements for specific applications.
Pure aluminum or aluminum alloys are used in some lock components.
Alloys may contain elements such as copper, zinc, manganese, or silicon to enhance strength, corrosion resistance, or other properties.

Deburring, Polishing, Plating and Coating for Large Panel Lock
The hot chamber die casting machine is set up, including heating the chamber, priming the injection system, and preheating the die.The mold, or die, is prepared by lubricating its surfaces and aligning the two halves.The molten metal, usually an alloy of zinc, is forced into the hot chamber through a ladle or automatic feeding system.The molten metal is injected into the mold cavity through a gooseneck nozzle. The pressure applied forces the metal to fill the entire cavity and take the shape of the lock component.The injected metal rapidly cools and solidifies within the mold, taking on the desired shape. Cooling time can vary depending on the lock's complexity and thickness.Once the metal has solidified, the mold opens, and the lock component is ejected from the mold.

Punching, Broaching, Milling, Bitting, Cutting, Labeling for Keys
Input the key details into the machine, such as key type and key code.The machine retrieves the key specifications and design from a database or using a scanning mechanism.The machine positions the key blank accurately for cutting based on the obtained specifications.The laser engraving system engraves a unique identification or a customized mark on the key.The machine proceeds to cut the key according to the specifications.Finally, the finished key is dispensed and ready for use.

Place the lock into the polishing machine securely.Activate the machine to begin the polishing process.The machine rotates the lock and applies polishing compounds or abrasive materials to the lock surface.The polishing materials remove scratches, oxidation, and other imperfections from the lock.The machine continues to polish the lock, gradually restoring its shine and smoothness.Once the desired polishing effect is achieved, the machine stops, and the polished lock is ready for use or further processing if needed.

Assembling
Fighterlock assembling line is where we assemble all the parts as complete locksets, implement finished products inspections and pack the goods.
Fighter lock issues the detailed assembly instructions for each lockset to ensure the workers assemble the lockset in the right way.
For assembling High quality locks, our engineer will print the code list regarding this project, and our workers will follow the code list to assemble the locks. Different workers will assemble corresponding codes to avoid mistakes.
